The Property
Dating back to 1880 this fine example of a typical
Farmhouse of the area has been sensitively restored
over the years, using local craftsmen, with no expense
spared. It contains all the modern comforts for today's
demanding clients. The situation for the house is
a beautiful quiet setting surrounded by trees/fields
and on clear days we have views of
the Pyrenees.
A cosy retreat in winter, heating is by gas central
heating, and/or wood burning stove. The high ceilings
and tiled floors keep the house cool during summer.
The house is divided up into four rooms on the ground
floor, a comfortable lounge with open fire, antique
furnishings, Italian leather suite, satellite TV,
DVD/VCR, and Technics stereo sound system, it includes
a fully equipped kitchen and utility room, and a cavernous
dining room. It has a total of five bedrooms on the
first floor and a total of three bathrooms. A unique
feature is that it can be divided so that two families
sharing their holiday here can have separate sleeping
quarters.

The large grassed area includes a superb new 12m x

At the front of the house is a large terrace which
is beautiful setting for meals, there is also plenty
of space for several cars, although a separate drive
way to the garage can also be used. For dining out
